A short comment on this early season...

How does Pujols not score on a suicide squeeze in the 12th inning of a game when the catcher drops the ball? I didn't see the game, I was listening on the radio, so I can't comment directly, but is it possible Pujols was intimidated by the Giants catcher? I'm guessing he didn't really want to run the squeeze in the first place. He was just following orders.

Oh well... the Giants win!

Will,

I caught the highlight of that play on ESPN, and the way I saw it was a botched squeeze. The pitcher saw him charging down the line, and instead of pitching the ball, "threw" it to the catcher. Pujols then paused halfway down the line, which killed his chances. It gave the catcher time to pick up the dropped ball and tag him out.

So what are we going to do to resurrect this blog site? We're dying over here......

Start talking about baseball... I noticed your team is doing pretty decent. But then, its early, and I'm sure it won't last. ;)

Marcel, gotta get it going and advertise this on all our sites.

Perhaps I'll start with a taunt to Mr. Randall Sherman, whose Cardinals dropped this 2 game set to the Giants.

Rich Aurilia...Cardinal killer.

Of course, the Cards aren't quite the same without Mr. Rolen and Mr. Edmonds in the lineup...

Of course, Mr. Edmonds was in the lineup in the first game and didn't do squat.

And we didn't even need Bonds in the second game. How good are we now!?
