Randall, I bow down at the feet of the mighty Cards and graciously submit a whole-burnt offering to the baseball gods for allowing the Redbirds to smite down the Dodgers.
My apologies, for I was smitten with my Giants for winning 5 in a row (until yesterday) and taking 3 of 4 from the Friars.
Oh mighty Cardinals, I gladly offer you a burnt offering of Armando Benitez - without whom we'd be in sole possession of first place, instead of third.
We will gladly give him to you for nothing in return. Yes, you can even keep the ham sandwich! ;)
