Since we are all ridiculously wrapped up in baseball I feel the next step is to start up a fantasy league amongst the group next year. It would keep us even more into the game and add to the rivalry's. Any thoughts???
If everyone agrees, I will start doing the legwork and start setting it up for us.
PS- Andy, Marcel and Will's teams must only be composed of west coast ball players....hehe....just kidding. It would be a blast i'm sure!

Ah...I've been playing fantasy baseball the past several years through Yahoo - in fact, I've been the "commissioner" of my league for awhile (the COBBL - Case of Beer Baseball League) - team names must be beer-related.
Sidenote: The irony of this comment is NOT lost on me considering the brewhaha over at my blog lately...
I am happy to extend the invitiations to you all for next season, along with other players currently playing. I've got 12 teams in the league now - it'd be fun to get it up to 20 as we spread the word with others as well!!!!
I might even reconsider and join. But I wouldn't expect to win. I just can't afford the time it requires to play. I know. I've tried before.
Sounds great Andy! I'm usually in about 3 or 4 leagues and commish for 1 of them. Looking forward to it and I will name my team the Ripple Blanc's to be a little different from the beer names......
This might sound like an impostor held a gun to my head and told me to type this, but, well, I don't know fantasy baseball from fantasy island....I think I'm out by default.
